Bayard brings more than 15 years’ experience in the beverage industry, a path inspired by by the nine years in varying roles within the entertainment and hospitality industries in Los Angeles. While working in restaurant management roles, Bayard gained first-hand experience with numerous beverage products, including locally based Elixir Tonics & Teas. He carved out the company’s first-ever position solely focused in executing on-premise sales – first regionally then nationally. In 2008, Bayard made the move to a newly created division within Anheuser-Busch, serving as Region Sales Manager representing brands such as Monster Energy, Icelandic Glacial Natural Spring Water, Margaritaville Paradise Key Teas and BORBA functional beverages, among others, in both the Western and Southeastern regions. He then took a role as Southeast Market Manager for VeeV Spirits managing On Premise & Retail sales, pricing, brand budgets and sponsorships across multiple states within the Southeast. In 2011, he joined Aaron in launching Crafted Brands. An Austin native and University of Texas at Austin graduate, Bayard boasts a love of Texas BBQ, live music, Longhorns football, time spent outdoors and making people laugh. He and his wife, Ashley, reside just outside of Atlanta with their baseball-loving son and equally energetic dog.
