Aaron has been in the wine and spirits business for 20 years. Upon graduating from Univ. of Kentucky, he learned three-tier distribution by working Southeastern markets for a St. Louis-based wine & spirits company, Luxco. Aaron then took the role of Mid-Atlantic Regional Manger for Luxco, managing both open and control states along the east coast. In 2005, Aaron moved to a Regional Sales Manager role for Nolet Spirits (Ketel One) until 2008, following a merger with Diageo. It was then Aaron chose to pursue his passion in fine wine and take a leading role in establishing a distributor network for a Santa Rosa-based wine startup. However, in the economic downturn in 2008, the company folded yet Aaron saw an opportunity to continue his efforts in wine. He established Affinity Wines, now known as Crafted Brands, in January 2009. Aaron is nearly an Atlanta native and resides in Johns Creek with his wife of 16 years and two sons. Aaron enjoys cooking, CrossFit, playing drums in his local church and his second passion, woodworking.
